At REFLECTLENS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
